2A:2A is about creating a healthy and effective classroom environment between the students and the teacher. The teacher's interactions with the students should be real respect, show that you care, show your passion so the students can pick up on it, and to help them feel comfortable to feel open and tell personal things. The student's interaction with students should look out for one another, and the students respect each other.

2B:2B is about creating an environment where life long learning is encouraged and everyone takes pride in their own work. The teacher understands the importance of content and learning where teachers take part in teachable moments, and the students are involved in the learning. The teacher should also have expectations for learning and achievement and making sure that they are high and are clear to the students as to what you want and expect. Also make sure the students take pride in their work and show their complete thoughts in what they are doing and revise their work thoughtfully to make it better.

2C:2C is about creating a schedule for the class to establish to the students the routine they are expected to follow. It doesn't just provide structure for the day but also for the students which means the classroom will function smoothly leading to quality instruction. First, a teacher must have good management of instructional groups which means the students must understand how to work in a group and take responsibility for their own tasks. Secondly, teacher must also have good management of transitions because the students must understand when they are transitioning without taking up class time, and also making sure to be sure one step ahead to walk through the process of transitioning. Third of all, a teacher must be good at managing materials and supplies or in other words, the teacher must know what resources need to be used and both he/she and the students must have the materials before the activity. Fourth of all, a teacher must have a good performance of non-instructional duties, this includes keeping track of the students and assignment, and also make sure they are done efficiently. Lastly, there must be good supervision of volunteers and paraprofessionals which means the teacher may need to train them and to make sure to take advantage of having the help.

2D:2D is about being able to set high expectations, monitor the students' behaviors, and respond appropriately when a student misbehaves. The future classroom needs to run really well because students can then engage with the content. First, a teacher must have high expectations where the students understand where the teacher is coming from and the teacher needs to make sure the students know what is expected of them. Secondly, the teacher must monitor student behavior where we are aware what is going on in the classroom at all times, monitor peers work, and make sure to observe in a way that isn't invading the students space. Lastly, the teacher must find a response to student misbehavior where they are reprimanding them respectfully and responding in an effective matter to the students. Examples of 2D would be student behavior charts, classroom rules being posted, and possibly contacting guardians on a student's behavior.

2E:2E is about having a safe learning environment even in the layout. The classroom needs to be laid out in such a way that is accessible for learners. The classroom needs to have good safety and accessibility and this is so that the classroom feels like a healthy, accessible environment where students feel safe emotionally and mentally. The classroom should also have a good use in the arrangement of furniture and use of physical resources. This is focusing on making the resources setup so that they are accessible to everyone and keeping the layout in the classroom conductive to learning.
